    Centered in community, there is NO FEE for membership. ICSWA’s annual membership requires a community trade. Members share skills via participation in workshops and mentorship programs- or through blocks of volunteer hours for a total of 15 hours annually.

    Our goal is to amplify the voices of our creative professional members, and establish a presence within larger, mainstream unions and organizations. ICSWA provides effective career strategy, skill development, and advocacy for our members.
